  • It is for a flat bought with cash, so there is no mortgage and there are no bank or loan costs.
  • Power of attorney, travel and bank charges are not counted unless you add them under "Other first costs".
  • Water, power and internet bills are not counted.
  • It is for a home you live in. A second home of an owner tax-resident in Spain is not covered.
  • The Valencian region's lower transfer-tax rates for homes (8%, 6%, 4% and 3%) are only for a buyer's main home, in qualifying cases such as people under 35, large families and people with disabilities. They are not worked out here.
